They won't, the majority of the Northern Irish are still Unionist and the Remain vote there wasn't large enough to overcome this.

First we get rid of failed economies, biggest EU leeches and eurosceptics like Greece (5 bln euro), Hungary (4 bln euro), Spain (4 bln euro), Portugal (3 bln euro).
Thanks to this operation, we save 16 bln euro / year. This money can be given to Poland in new fund perspective.
Unfortunately, after removing failed economies like Greece or Spain, value of euro-currency will grow significantly which could fuck up German export-based economy, so we will have to make bankrupt few other economies in the Union instead, maybe Romania and Bulgaria isolated from the rest of EU after removal of Hungary, maybe also baltic states, Finland, i don't know..
