Eugenics would only solve the race/ethnicity part. What about different social classes? Different nationalities? Different languages? Different genders? Different sexual orientations? All of those characteristics also cause conflict, discrimination, and hate.

European Union was fine but massively demonized because it's really fucking easy to just say that the other foreigners are fucking everything up. For all the wrong it has done, which would've been done at national level anyway, it provided much stability to Europe.
