All these countries aside from the Light blue and Green ones are in federations. Those federations have their own armies, control their borders and are close allies, with many common regulations and bilateral agreements.
Green is Eastern partnership of the Union while light blue is South-eastern partnership. Both groups are candidate for joining.
Kosovo ownership is shared between Albania and Serbia.
UK now has the privilege of being a federation consisting of one state, and is happy enough to join the United Federations of Europe.
