It is already happening, in the prophecy Ireland had to be a utopia before being taken over.
A couple of years ago we had the celtic tiger, we were one of the richest countries in the world with the best standard of living, considering less than a hundred years before that we were a third world nation with the poorest slum in europe the celtic tiger would seem like a utopia.
Europe is being taken over and Ireland has felt some of that already, Muslims and Athiests have been knocking crosses, have catholic symbols removed and some nativity scenes have been removed from places.
