There's a suicide hotline in every country so you can call them if you get suicide urges. Also have a plan if you get so much suicide urge that you might kill yourself, have someone you can call and then go to the psych hospital
I rarely feel it especially now since I have a lot of things going. Used to back then but that was one rock bottom shit, Gambled most of my money away.

I'm assuming you mean prescription drugs. Why can't you get them? SSRIs do help. Recreational drugs don't help with depression
I used to have near panic attacks frequently, couldn't sleep and felt awful most of the time. Now I feel a little bit better most of the time. But SSRIs make you fat and they disable your penis so there is that
