Should I learn Russian, /int/? I work with a lot of Russian customers and the area I live in has quite a few Russian speakers in it too.
Seems like a useful language, and Russians I encounter are usually nice people. So what do you think? Is it easy?

I think it's pretty good, I've learned a lot so far.

Duolingo will not teach you anything incorrect (most of the time), but that resource alone is not going to give you fluent Russian, no matter how much you use it. You are going to need to use other resources as well.
