I'm saying that America right now is at its best. it's just that naysayers and lewronggenerationers have this rosy view of the past and I think that's what Mr. Trump is basing his campaign on. "the good old days mentality" if you will. he's not the first politician to use this method, but he's certainly the most dangerous.

With Trump we have the opportunity to turn things around; hopefully applying lessons from the past.

Regardless, you must admit that our public coffers are empty, and need to be refilled.
Knowing that government itself can never create wealth, it is logical to hire a successful businessman to run our country for a while.

This depends on perspective. At which point was America best? I'm going to assume here that it is when it was at it's highest foreign policy position, the latter half of the 20th Century.

Our coffers are not empty, we have a massive tax base that arguably is not exploited correctly. If Trump is pro-infrastructure he has my vote.

Trump is a bad businessman. He only survived by making a reality show. He goes bankrupt a lot. He is not a successful guy rather a celebrity pushing his brand.
