medium rare

Medium rare seems to be the norm here.
I prefer blue rare.
>>61081424
I only order blue rare if I trust the chef to not fuck it up, otherwise medium rare.
>>61081478
>if I trust the chef to not fuck it up
>having to rely on a chef
How fucking hard is it to grill a steak?
>>61081424
as a chef whenever we get orders for blue rare we always look out to see who ordered it and 9 times out of ten they are a fat neckbeard eating alone
>>61081529
I said 'order'.
When I grill steaks, I do it my own way.

>fat neckbeard eating alone
Present.

People either like it just passed through a warm room or literally charcoal. Rarely see someone ask for medium. All honestly why do people expect the customer to tell the chef how things should be when it comes to steak. You don't pull that shit for anything else on the menu.

>anglos have shit tastes
Checks out

Probably medium, I really don't have a bloody clue. I have mine medium rare though.
>>61081279
Medium
steak is objectively best well done with ketchup on it.
Blue Rare is awful. The juices haven't even started flowing yet it is basically the same as well done maybe even chewier. the same lack of flavor .

This tbqh.
Mostly I'm not really afraid of the chef fucking it up, but I guess the quality of beef the place would have.
Obviously if I have positive expectations I always order bleu.
