I have chinese friends whose families moved out of Beijing due to lungs-related conditions. They also know the stats are rigged. If even the locals know then I think it's safe to say these numbers are completely inaccurate
But so far it looks like China is a good candidate. Are visas difficult to obtain? Do you need to pass a language test?
