A number of losers considered themselves 'high functioning autistic' however this was reclassified IN AMERICA when people realized that people with developmental disorders were doing this to make themselves feel special.
This ended up pulling funding for 'idiot savants' who had great interest in anime, shitty music and a tenacity for poorly drawn characters.
Around 75 percent of people can no longer claim to be 'high functioning austistics' because the medical community is keeping up with the bullshit.
