I personally don't understand why so many Chinese flocked to Canada. If they can be qualified as legal immigrants in Canada and if they have that much of money, it isn't that hard to immigrate to here. I don't understand why wealthy Chinese chose to go to a place with less jobs and more taxation. If I were such Chinese, I would have chosen relatively tax free state like Florida or Washington.
