I am from Northern Mexico (Chihuahua) and I can assure you if you've met someone rude here they're people who come from Southern Mexico to work here.
Many of them are fucking rude in a vulgar way and they always vote for the populist piece of shit parties like Morena.
If you've met someone snobby here they're just from the capital Chihuahua. Some of them think they're hot shit but they'll never live down the fact that at 3-4pm they take naps like fucking hillbillies.
