When asked personally, people always answer "of course I shower at least once per day, who the fuck doesn't??". On 4chan too, I assume for the same reasons as why people on 4chan always claim to have 10-inch dicks.
But studies show that, in reality, when asked in a purely confidential way for statistical purposes, people generally shower every 2 days on average.
I myself used to shower only once a week, though admitedly my hygiene standards aren't particularly high.
