Also, I clearly don't have any strong preference for Romance language speakers seeing as I find Italians to be the single worst diaspora we have. Same point for former French colonies, most of them have terrible diasporas, Vietnam is literally the only exception (and France itself has pretty good diaspora, but obviously they integrate much more easily than any other group). Also how is Poland either a former French colony or a romance language speaking country?
