Do rednecks exist outside the United States or is just an American thing?

Poor trash exists in every country, most American posters here could be described as rednecks
South African "rooinek" translates to red neck and describes the same kind of poor farmer.

Yesterday I saw Asian rednecks, two of em, looked like Koreans
they were overweight and wearing trucker caps, hunting jackets, and those half-mustaches
did a doubletake right in the middle of the grocery store.
