The top two are unroasted/only slightly roasted. It will taste like shit and not extract properly.
To sustain the addiction: cheap preground coffee
Because it's good: home roasted coffee/bought at one of these expensive places (3rd wave). Black of course, milk/sugar is only good for masking the taste of shit coffee.

No, I have a flat white if I'm out and espresso if I'm at home.
Black, hot or with ice.
Lately I've been using light roasted beans, but I like any kind of medium roast. Dark roast is okay, but only as iced coffee.
I use pour-over funnel, French press, or a moka pot to make it.
Ethiopian coffee is the best. Harrar or yirgacheffee regions in particular. Brazil is average but there are good minas gerais estates Guatemala best central and mandheling best far east coffee. Italian coffee is overrated
