get rid of Czechoslovakia, spilt Austria-hungary into Austria, Hungary (which you will give Czechoslovak Hungary to as well, make croatia independent from Austria-hungary, give vojvodina to Serbia, make Lithuania independent IF AND ONLY IF the rest of the balts are independent, fix Silesia so it doesn't look retarded, give Greece its coreson the ottomans, give Flanders to the Netherlands, and then you will have a nice Europe.
You can also do post-Balkan Wars borders for the Ottomans but its better just to give Greece its cores and then leave the rest.

A. give Greece's exclave to the Ottomans and Bulgaria its cores back
B. Post-Balkan Wars borders
C. give all of Bulgaria, Greece's exclave, Bosnia, and Ottoman cores on Montenegro to the Ottomans.
