I recently went to the cinema for the first time in 8 years, alone. For some reason I thought butter on popcorn was normal so I asked for it. The girl behind the counter gave me a funny look. I ended up getting super nervous and leaving the cinema to buy my own butter but left my ticket inside and couldn't get back in. So basically I paid for a movie and ended up sitting behind the cinema in an alleyway eating butter straight out of the tub by the handful with an occassional bit of popcorn thrown in.
