Mädel = used to mean girl, now replaced by Mädchen
Führer = used to mean leader or conductor
entartet = degenerate
Volksgemeinschaft = something along the lines of national solidarity
Volkskörper = used to mean population, now Bevölkerung is preferred
Volk itself is usally avoided and people talk about Bevölkerung which just means population.

entartet caused a shitstorm as it was used by some conservative casually, but we use ausarten/es artet aus! instead which is basically the same but noone is angry about it for some reason.

Mädel is also still ok.
ausmerzen is considered edgy.

Back when the ultraright party had to change its name due to some racism lawsuit, from Vlaams Blok to Vlaams Belang.
A now deceased socialist called Steve Stevaert (not even his real name, just sounded hip) called them out that as of now decent people should only use their initials V.B. to adress them.

East Germans are economically much weaker and culturally closer to other Eastern European countries. There is some sort of slight inferiority complex but I wouldn't play that up too much. In many regards they are better Germans than us Westerners.

Not that guy but there's this famous art school in Jerusalem which requires you to submit several pieces as part of the application process. Near the end of the process all remaining applicants hold a communal art fair of sorts.
