Ffs there's a difference between Brythonic celts (dark, curly hair, hazel and brown eyes, mostly Wales, Brittany and South West England) and hibernian celts (lighter skinned, red hair, green and blue eyes, Scottish Highlands and Ireland).
Celts came from Northern Iberia and France mostly whereas the anglosaxons were obviously Germanic

It's difficult to say, often you can tell where people's ancestors came from and it's certainly true that the different regions (north, south, south west, scotland, wales) all look discernably different if you take a wide enough sample. However there's been so much intermixing between the angles, saxons, normans, celts, romans, vikings etc etc etc even without the recent influx of Caribbeans and Indians that it's fairly tricky to guess if folks are anglic or not.
