Number of personal experiences involving bribery: 0. But that's not the point. As I said, we have LEGAL forms of corruption. Why is life so expensive? Why do we need a service public vote? Why do costs for health insurance raise every year? I used to work at a copyright society with a legal order to take people's money.
Some things got blown out of proportion my friend, and this is something that can be complained about. I know that we're still better off, but it seems like a global trend that man in the street is constantly and increasingly exploited. German posters will agree. Middle class is having a hard time.

it's not, in relation to our salaries it's fine, we're even better of than most other nations.

we didn't need it. it all works fine, some people are just too stupid to see that it's not sustainable to have a post office in every little cow-village on the countryside and they got a little butthurt because someone earns a lot more than then. (i'm not defending salaries that go into the millions, but they're free companies and we live in a free economy, so they can do what they want)

people get older? more people become sick? more and more treatments get accepted into the basic insurance etc. but i guess you know what you mean here. but that's not corruption, that's just some doctors cheating a bit and charging for stuff they didn't actually do etc.
nowhere here you are denied your permission to build a house if you don't pay a bribe. no police officer around here will just put you into prison for a minor offense like driving a little bit to fast if you don't pay a bribe.
we aren't affected by corruption in everyday life. and even what you described isn't corruption in that sense. it's at best problems with the system. but these things apply to nearly every nation.
