I live in a high income neighborhood in LA and used to drive a limo in Beverly Hills in college. They just dress nice and wear lot's of makeup. You're a lot less likely to see ass ugly people there but they're not spectacular unless you have low standards. I lived in shitburg Michigan for a few months and the average wasn't very different. I don't think you've actually been to Beverly Hills. That or you consider caked on makeup or expensive clothes to be what makes a women attractive.
