How common are plastic surgery procedures in your country

Would my sister feel better about having this nose if I told her it's from the Romans? She has it and is considering getting plastic surgery to 'correct' it. She always saw it as a 'Turk' nose because there were some people of Turkish ancestry with hooked noses in her class.

Roman nose is "broken", it does not form a perfect curve. The nasal bridge is larger as well. Jews look like rats from the front due to having thin nasal bridges and perfect curves on their noses.

I have a very subtle bump on the nose also without pointing down, always thought I had a little Jew in me, but Roman seems much more plausible. I come from the Southern Netherlands which has been part of the Roman Empire.
