We should have accepted ISIS claims to being a state followed by a proper dclaration of war instead of that faggy "they are not a state! they are not even muslims! They are daesh!".
That way you can ruthlessy capture all people affliated to them as soldiers on enemy ground and threat them accordingly, but I was already called a nazi for suggesting that before the terrorattacks happened.
