I know there are a lot of Americans on /int/ that don't Canada but I generally like America. Especially the south/dixie land, they had great hospitality & food, the people are nice as fuck and are super friendly and love canadians.. And their accents are awesome too. Although I hate new England and anything that's near Boston. full of self righteous pricks

First of all, the money for Syrian refugees literally going exclusively to families, it's not like we're tossing it at a bunch of greedy gulf Arabs. Second, unless you want to get swamped with literally millions of refugees, helping the third world adapt to climate change is actually a pretty fucking smart idea. Climate models basically show Africa in particular getting rekt by desertification and drought leading to mass migration. Also the money spent on renovating the PM's residence was minuscule, as was most of the shit complained about in the entire comic. All this shit together comes to a fraction of the total budget, most is going going to infrastructure and social spending.
And I'm from Northern Ontario and didn't even vote for Trudeau.
