In a period of like 200 years or so they might be replaced if the populations keep changing like they have in this on-going crisis but I don't think they will. Yeah I gotta disagree. Italy is definitely more similar to Middle Eastern countries than we suggest, and this was especially true before globalization, but the similarities between Italy and Ethiopia are pretty tenuous. While Ethiopia absolutely exhibits some of the Mediterranean influence present in both Southern Europe and the Middle East, Ethiopia is solidly African and doesn't share too much with Italy in architecture, language, customs, or other traditions.

I don't think that's true at all. Even if Muslims are like 8% of the Swedish population, I'd bet money that they own less than 8% of the businesses in Sweden. They lack much serious media pull, and most representation of migrants in the media comes from white sympathy rather than actual African influence.
I can't imagine any kind of future in which Europe "becomes African", excepting some science-fiction scenario in which all whites become infertile.
