Pretty big most people get into it in high school I know me and my mates did and it's just stuck with us I see fit guys and girls all the time and the gym is always full.

Don't know never been there a day in my life mate.

A lot of people go but it's not something we talk constantly about. It's primarily about fitness for us, not looking like Chad and getting laid.

This shit is like taking over the country in the recent years. A lot of people at the high school and at the universities does hard workouts at the gym, eat chicken and sweet potato everyday and drink shakes/whey protein.
It's like they do this just to impress some random bitches at these parties and ballads, and not for real use of the performance (like if they do some sport that requires a lot from the person).

The weightlifters look at me like I'm a fag for doing treadmill, bike and cardio.

I don't go because the local gym rats are really aggressive.

So I do bodyweight exercises, lift some free weights, and jog on my own. I might consider going to a different gym, but it's on the other side of the city and is well over $100 a month.
