Older Canadian cities give you a unique sense of disgust when you see newer styles of architecture contrasted tastelessly against beautiful old buildings. London, UK is one of few non-North American cities that gives me a similar feeling.
I mean only a Canadian could take a nice old building like the Royal Ontario museum and add on this postmodernist piece of shit crystal in order to create a Frankenstein-building abomination.
