Well, to be honest, it's what I said is a bit more anecdotal, speaking from experience with both ethnic groups.
Berbers are pretty conservative and traditional. But they don't really have it that good so they move to a Western country to get money, send it back home and then go back. But Western norms and value's clashes with theirs so they try to change it to their way of life. So they don't really integrate well.
Arabic Moroccans are mostly people from civilized places where they already have a good job and/or education and want to move to live in a different country to get an even better job/education or because of love. They integrate well because they're active participants in society and they have somewhat liberal views.
