The chairman of the currently ruling polish party Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (PiS) attacked George Soros and his concept of multiculural societies. Jarosław Kaczyński referred to many problems that face Poland during PiS congress, one of which is sovereignty and multiculturalism.
He said: "Poland is today under pressure in a matter which concerns our way of life, the situation of an ordinary Pole. The shape of our society. We are being offered to radically change ourselves, to create a multicultural society, create a new identity".
He continues: "Everybody who knows what's the situation in many western european nations also knows that it means worse quality of life. And this is proposed to us. We are even being pressured. This is about sovereignty. If we manage to hold it, we will defend ourselves. We must defend ourselves. The concepts of mister Soros, conecpts of societies that has no identity are the concepts comfortable to those who have billions(money), because such societies are very easy to manipulate. If there are no strong identities, you can do everything with such society. We must defend our sovereignty not to fall into the same mechanism. Not to drown in the same whirl."

At the end of his speech he also referred to "the sale of Polish sovereignty".
"There are those who think that the PiS and the government and the president PiS are those who are willing to sell Polish sovereignty. We are the last political force in Poland, which is ready for this. Poland may cut various deals, go on a variety of compromises, but must remain sovereign, must remain the state of Poles, a country that has a chance of development, and not just a cheap labor force for the wealthier than us. We do not agree with this . We came to power to stop these mechanism that kept on destroying us in the recent years, we came to power so that Poland may regain it's strength. We will continue to walk that path." he finished.
Soros at the beggining of the year in an interview with "Die Wirtschaftswoche" criticized Orban and Kaczynski.
"Orban wants to challenge Merkel leading role in Europe and the principles on which Europe is based . You can imagine it as ticks : Putin attacks the European Union from the outside, from the inside Orban - said Soros . - Orban is not alone. Jaroslaw Kaczynski , ( ... ) follows the similar calculation. Poland is ethnically and religiously one of the most homogeneous countries in Europe . Muslim immigrant in Catholic Poland is "different" . And during the election campaign Kaczynski successfully defamed these "different" people."
