By teaching kids in primary school counting calories, BMI, having obese parents isn't excuse and that the fast-food life style isn't good idea.
But on the other hand it is people's decision to be fat.
Bring portion sizes down to what the rest of the world eats (eg, about 25% of what americans eat)
Who the fuck needs 1.5L of coke to go with their big mac and half a kg of deep fried potatoes?

People should be able to do whatever they want. I'm an American and I'm nowhere near fat. Its the decisions you make as a person that effects your health.
