That goes for all second biggest cities for most countries. Melbourne will overtake Sydney in the near future though in population and everything else. Too bad 1/4 of the city is now Chinese.

I dunno, that city on the southern tip of new zealands southern island if I'd have to guess. Doesn't look like much but at least the climate is bearable.
