highschool:

ignorant liberal -> full blown libertarian mises-rothbard-hayek reading. i was also quite narcissistic looking back.

end of highschool: read chomsky, read karl polanyi and so-on and went libertarian socialism/anarchism.

university: read ha-joon chang and joseph stiglitz and so-on, still left-wing than ever

midway through university: lmfao i fucking hate politics, just stick to studying science like a normal person.

nowadays i'm not an faggot and stick to mainstream non-SJW bernie sanders socialism. lmfaoing no-one's going to overthrow international markets and institutions, the age of extreme ideology is practically over.

i voted trudeau too though i'm pretty disappointed so far.

Pre 2013 : leaned left but didn't pay much attention to politics
2014: travelled to europe and saw first hand the muslim/african/gypsy ghettos in all the major cities. had a few bad experiences. started realising the multiculturalism and mass immigration might not be such a good idea.
2015: Watch the Charlie Hebdo aftermath live on tv, remember being stunned and shellshocked. At this point I've made up my mind about Islam.
2016: Bataclan attacks and NYE Rape attacks have cemented my negative opinions on Islam. I've realised it's a political doctrine with the goal of world domination, and is currently trying to flood the west with dangerous militants. Discover the Youtuber Styxhexenhammer666 and listen to his analyses on current events, he somewhat sways me to libertarianism and nationalism, yet at the same time I disagree with him on many points (mainly guns and isolationism). Overall I'd say I'm a centrist leaning left on many issues yet I advocate the Australian government's policies on border control. I believe multi-ethnic societies can flourish, multi-cultural societies in which there's no overarching set of values will perish. I also believe Europe will never be able to integrate it's immigrants like the New World can because they are ethnic states, not founded on a set of beliefs in liberty, freedom and capitalism.
