No it doesn't. Just because you have a red leaf in the middle of your flag, doesn't mean a silly red dragon would look good in the centre of the glorious Union flag.
Wales was considered a part of England when the flag was made though
And we're not changing it because it looks good and any proposals including Wales looks like shit
Also, I hate it when people do this. Northern Ireland isn't represented on the flag - the entirety of Ireland is. Again - it was just never removed when Ireland left the union because the flag became more recognisable as a symbol of Britain than its original meaning.
