Different human populations lived in very different places for tens of thousands of years. The theory of evolution suggests, that all living things adapt to their environment (as can easily be noticed in different human "races"). Our cardiovascular systems work the same. We are quite genetically similar apart from minor features. There is no reason to assume dramatic differences just by using appearance as a proxy. populations from lots of different places are still fundamentally the same species and have more in common than differences.
Maybe something to think about but how much does language have an effect on IQ scores.
