the right one has some interesting aesthetics, which were probably unintended, but can be appreciated by someone captivated by the post-ironic art styles of our internet age.
The right one on the other hand is a spartan sign, which informs you of the water dispenser's contents and does not try to further this advertisement by the means of fancy graphics and a more interesting typeface.
Out of principle i would choose the left option, because it aligns with my opinions on advertising.
Although, i could also *ironically* chose the right one and assume the role of a mindless consumer that does not question his attraction to flashy visuals, a fact which is exploited all the time by advertisers and their friends, the psychologists and sociologists.
