We're all Greek at this moment. Notice how mathematics, psychology, algebra and other terms are literally Greek words. As long as you know these words, you're fairly fluent in Greek, in my opinion. Hell, I bet I could communicate with actual Greeks from Macedonia without a fuss (certainly not with the Aegeian turkbloods, that's for sure).
