European Union made a deal with Facebook, Google, Twitter and Microsoft to review and remove content containing hate speech in 24 hours.
What is and what isn't hate speech will be decided according to this mutually agreed upon codex:

I hope that reporting abuse will be much more effective. Hateful propaganda can be a prelude to genocide as was evidenced by Der Stürmer or Rwandan radio.
