I refrained from answering which is the best cunt because people will differ on their personal definition of "best". Pic is just for fun, so that the burger would trigger. To be honest, some will say that things which Norway offer (a good life for its people) is the ultimate definition, while others will say that a country's power and size is what matters. If you mean most powerful, most advanced or with best opportunities, it's without a doubt America, or U S of A.
However if you mean pleasant place to live, while some part of it might be great or hot contenders, I'd stick with European countries, probably placing Switzerland at the top, followed by Iceland, Norway, Austria in no particular order followed by rest of western Europe.
