Because finnish sauna kicks ass. Never tried the turkish one, and russian variety is quite similar, but the air is moist, so it's like a hardcore version of finnish one (but nowadays more and more russians are choosing finnish sauna to russian banya).
Whoper in a sauna would be awful though, food and hot steam shouldn't be mixed.
