Yes, because you've previously subjected yourself to the procedure of begging the state to grant you the privilege of aquiring firearms.

>Yes, because you've previously subjected yourself to the procedure of begging the state to grant you the privilege of aquiring firearms.

It's a background check and an afternoon long course. After that you can basically just waltz into any sporting goods store and walk out with a gun. Some U.S. states have long waiting periods, background checks every time you but a gun, and are far more restrictive with what you can actually buy. Anybody with a basic gun licence can buy pic related in about five minutes, but it would be illegal to sell this in California or New York.

D.C., Maryland, NY, Virginia, Massachusetts, NJ, Hawaii and a few other states aren't really American.

Our constitution has the same protection m8, but our cops aren't out of control, driving APCs through the streets and gunning people down in record numbers.

American police are 3rd world tier.

How is paying less taxes a sign of freedom? Our taxes actually go to important programs like healthcare and education. Some Americans might get to keep more income but it doesn't matter since many of them don't have access to these kind of services, at least not nearly the same quality. We also have lower poverty rates. Tbh I would pay more taxes if it keeps Canadians healthy, educated, and out of poverty.

America on the other hand is cucked by corporations who literally pay no taxes.

>Our constitution has the same protection m8
I very much doubt search and seizure is as big of a deal in Canada as it is in the US.

>but our cops aren't out of control, driving APCs through the streets and gunning people down in record numbers.
Ironically, APCs are most used in states with the most stringent gun laws.

Furthermore, "gunning people down in record numbers" (i.e. justifiedly shooting people down in record numbers) is only natural in a country where civilians enjoy a right to keep and bear arms; cops know to always expect the suspect to be armed and act accordingly.
>American police are 3rd world tier.
Correction: american blacks and latinos are third world tier, which is why american cops in black and latino-dense areas need better equipment.

You drank the kool-aid. Should've guessed.

First off, your healthcare and education are neither "free" nor cheap. Secondly, the American taxpayer also funds education and healthcare (medicare medicaid).

>Some Americans might get to keep more income but it doesn't matter since many of them don't have access to these kind of services, at least not nearly the same quality.
The US has better healthcare and education than canada.

>America on the other hand is cucked by corporations who literally pay no taxes.

The federal government raises very large amounts of revenue from taxing private enterprise.

the concept of freedom varies for country to country
americans are all about personal freedoms
In Bulgaria we associate 'cвoбoдa' with the liberation from the turks, so to us freedom is independence from others empires/unions/etc (we like the EU because it was our CHOICE to join and we can leave)

>First off, your healthcare and education are neither "free" nor cheap.

Sure it isn't free, but it's a lot better than it going to corporate bailouts and tax cuts, and our healthcare is way cheaper than theirs.

>The US has better healthcare and education than canada.
Their healthcare may be better quality for those who can afford it, but most can't. And their public education is of lower quality than ours.
>inb4 muh private schools
Too bad only a fraction of the population has access to it.

>The federal government raises very large amounts of revenue from taxing private enterprise.
Sure, but like that article says, some of America's biggest corporations don't pay any taxes at all, and that's legally. Imagine how many more use tax havens or loopholes to get out of paying? Not to mention the unprecedented political influence that the rich have on America's government. Studies show that whenever public opinion on the whole country contradicts public opinion of the top 10% the rich always win.

>Sure it isn't free, but it's a lot better than it going to corporate bailouts and tax cuts
Tax cuts aren't a bad thing, you mong.
>and our healthcare is way cheaper than theirs.
It's also of worse quality.

>Their healthcare may be better quality for those who can afford it, but most can't.
Every middle-class American can afford healthcare. It's literally 150-250 USD/month for the average person, sometimes less, depending on your place of work.
>And their public education is of lower quality than ours.
That doesn't matter. Education up to high school is only supposed to teach students history, reading, writing, maths and some basic natural science. Only 30% of the population have the IQ required to succeed in any of the more advanced academic disciplines (anything involving math and/or a master's degree), and these people are granted federal aid, student loans, the GI bill (for ex-mil) or full scholarships to further educate themselves.

>Too bad only a fraction of the population has access to it.
What do you mean by this? School is cheap for poor, smart kids in the US; it's the middle-class, averagely gifted Americans who pay 40-50k for a degree from a middle-tier unversity.
>Sure, but like that article says, some of America's biggest corporations don't pay any taxes at all, and that's legally. Imagine how many more use tax havens or loopholes to get out of paying?
Those same loopholes exist in every country, and tightening them is not an option, because it only causes capital flight.

Isn't it a tad bit tragic that a post-Yugoslav shithole has freer speech laws and views than Anglo countries?

I can LITERALLY go out now and say "X ethnic group is subhuman" or "Bomb Y" and no one would bat an eye. I can download bestiality pornography, sit in a children playground without getting suspicious looks, awkwardly stare at the rare Asian I see on the bus and say "ching chong" (which is how we usually call Asians as a joke), openly slander politicians and their background on their twitter page, film chicks fighting and upload it on the government's facebook page or call for religious/ethnic strife in a city, region, country in any public space, without being removed by the police or say that women are the weak sex/require male protection and such. I attended a journalism course last autumn and the first class had the title "It is a man's world". Most of the class were women (journalism of course). No one was injured by triggering or required safe space against the patriarchy

I mean, surely people here don't do it massively, we don't have time to shit much on others than our immediate neighbours or ourselves.

All she had to do was not to eat like a pig and there she would have it: life on very very easy mode.

But nooo, she had to turn into a beast and then have her personality destroyed by the ideologies these kind of people run to in order to deal with their fucking their own life up.

And the worst of it all is that she has/will find a wimpy retard to take her as a wife and pay for her further demise in both the physical and the mental areas of her life.

Seriously, our species stuck itself into a terrible social dynamics pit where a woman doesn't need to try the least to improve herself and it's still almost guaranteed that she will be able to find a provider and shit out a lot of even more fucked up offsprings.

We are at a dead end already. C'mon, Islam, take over this shit already.
