2ch is way more better than 4chan, I am here to learn English only. 2ch is mostly liberal, people there are better educated, also mindset of Russians is more familiar to me and it's more comfortable to have a conversation with Russian than European for me. We have also more interesting and way more informative thematic boards, some of them provide comprehensive FAQs on issues related to them.
