The Kven language/dialect and the Kainuu dialect are actually not related, contrary to popular belief.
In any case, the boundaries of languages and dialects are often fuzzy. Lot of times there's politics involved. I mean, let's face it, Norwegian Bokmål is basically Standard Danish.

Assuming you mean Standard Norwegian (Bokmål) since Nynorsk is irrelevant & harder to learn, it's fairly easy for English speakers, as it is truer to the pronunciation than Swedish & Danish.
It's also a good choice as a Norwegian speaker will easier be able to understand both Swedish & Danish, whereas Danes & Swedes usually report to understand Norwegian to a good extent yet the other language is usually only decently intelligible (I primarily mean when spoken, there is easier mutual intelligibility when writing (A Dane would usually not have too much of an issue reading Swedish).
Danish is easier to read, as its grammar is more similar to English. Swedish is the most relevant Nordic language.
Icelandic is only a good choice if you want to learn a language more reminiscent of Old Norse viking speak. It would be more difficult in comparison to the other 3.
Finnish, why the hell would you contemplate learning Finnish unless you're a finnboo. Some people complain about German cases being difficult, but Finnish makes German look like a walk in the park. Sure, it's a cool meme language but it has 15 cases, not to mention that in Finland, not everyone will be able to understand each others' Finnish with relative ease. The dialects vary across the country, often entirely different words will be used for common objects, though a Finn here would likely tell you that it is not incredibly difficult to pick up on a dialect or accent from the opposite side of the country, yet it still makes it even more complicated than it needs to be. But sure, there are difficult dialects in the other languages, i.e Bergen-Dialect Norwegian but even that's not as difficult since it's still close to written bokmål. Swedish sounds cooler than Norwegian though. Norwegian is soft & feminine. Danish & Icelandic are the most masculine Nordic languages.

Norwegian is probably the best to learn. Norwegian is right in the middle of the Scandinavian continuum which means it'll be easier to understand the other languages as opposed to if you had learned Danish or Swedish.
