There's a surprising amount of stuff going on during the summer; I didn't know about all of those festivals you listed: I only knew about G! (and Ólavsoka) because another Faroes poster briefly mentioned it months ago in a Norwegian/Faroes thread (maybe it was you?)
I'm not trying to get you to plan my trip, but when do you think is the best time to visit? From what I read, G! is the biggest music festival that happens, but everything I read about Ólavsoka makes it sound like no other event in the country compares. I can't decide on when to go.
I'm really interested in cultural stuff (events, foods, activities) although admittedly I only a little knowledge on what goes on in the Faroes.

Tiny countries interest me a lot, which is part of the reason I went to Iceland. Is there a particular strong reason you don't encourage people to visit? I realize one might get more of an experience for their money in Iceland (which is pretty expensive to visit anyways) but considering I've already been there and want to assume a similar experience, I think going to the Faroes is the only logical choice.
Whether you realize it or not, your (assuming you're not the Danish poster, it's hard for me to tell) country is very scenic and has a unique charm that interests some people, myself included.
