Well there is a black market with buses going to Germany and back to Sweden to sell to kids who can't buy it legally yet but the police is anal about it as far as I know. It is not worth selling alcohol for profit unless you live in the northern Hundred Acre Woods.
People do make their own beer and share with friends but I am not aware of the legality of it.
