Dublin is probably the worst city I've ever been to. I lived in Chicago for 18 years and I only ever had to fight off a mugger once for my entire time there. I spent 3 days in Dublin and had to fight a mugger twice. The city is also dirty as fuck and has the worst layout I have ever seen. The rest of Ireland was really nice though.

The Cathedral, while nice, was basically covered in tourists pushing you to get pictures inside, and is not worth the experience.
Also the train station was disgusting that day, and some gypsy fucking tried to steal my bag. Also you had to pay to use the toilet in the train station, probably to detract the homeless from peeing on everything (didn't seem to work, still was disgusting).
I guess seeing the rhine was nice, but I couldn't figure out why the hell the city was just so unpleasant, especially when my aunt was raving about how great it is.

I've only been to nice places for the most part (which is strange, considering you people believe that I live in a shithole). I couldn't bring myself to put most of the poorer places I've been to on the list because they were quite beautiful (Sarajevo, Mostar, Istanbul).
However, I've been to poo in the loo, and while the chaos there is exhilarating, Delhi is still a giant hellscape of clustered concrete garages that serve as shops and highway overpasses towering over the smog. Agra wasn't safe at all to the point where we had armed military at the doors of our hotel. Just a giant slum where half the populace isn't even registered with the government. I'd include Kesztely in Hungary too, but that was just a low-key sort of depressing, with all the stock failings that you'd expect from a depressing Eastern European town except for the heavy industry.
I've also been to Tunisia, but it was an all around nice place.

Amsterdam was absolute shit. It was dirty, the food sucked, it was full of sketchy north africans and romanians, also full of nappy headed dread locked gross smelling american and euro hippies wearing their marijuana t-shirts around wasting their life away, cramped, everything overcrowded etc. The red light district was nice though :^, fucked my first and only 10/10 there.
Utrecht and some smaller towns i went to in the netherlands were great... but amsterdam.. fuck that.

Saipan. I hate to say so because the structure of Garapan is great for walking around, and the people are all super friendly, but the island is the poorest, most desperate place I've ever seen. Pic related is the nicest settled area, but those shops keep their power turned off until someone walks in. The clerks just sit there in darkness and no air conditioning waiting for a customer, then turn the lights on in the parts of the shop where you're walking around.
It makes it really annoying when you're looking for a cold bottle of water on a hot, humid day (all of them) because they turn off the refrigerators, too. Outside the touristy shopping area everything's kind of half-built, like they ran out of money and just left rebar and bare concrete sticking out the top floor.
It was really weird considering this is part of the United States.

Objectively worst? Mosul. I don't have any pictures of the city itself, as I only made a single stop there while passing through its outskirts, but I do have one of a sign pointing in its direction.

I went to Iraqi Kurdistan in 2013, a while before ISIS captured the attention of the global media. Mosul might still have been a dangerous city when I went, but portions of it were controlled by the Peshmerga and considerably safer than the section administered by Baghdad.
One of the most important routes running from the Turkey-Iraq border to Erbil passes right through Mosul. My driver diverted slightly from the highway to ensure that we didn't end up getting very far inside the city.

That's because most of the time it's true. Im not sure if it's because of air pollution laws or something, but seriously every city has a serious odour problem. On the same trip in North America we also went to Kamloops. It has a gigantic sewer waste facility literally in the middle of it, most of the locals didn't notice the smell but it permanently stank of shit for all visitors.
