One of the weird things about the PSUV I don't really get is why the grassroots puts up with the corruption of their elite. Maduro and his retards keep spouting about the bourgeoisie, yet they themselves are literal billionares. That is billions of dollars that could have gone into improving the lives of people in the communes, barrios, rural areas, indigenous development.
I can understand PSUV supporters wanting to keep the neoliberals and caracas elite as far away from power as possible, but they seriously need to clear the top of their own organization as well. It doesn't also help that Maduro and his cronies incompetence is massively damaging the grassroots organization and getting grassroots PSUV supporters murdered in the streets.

as strange as it may sound, I don't see them really collapsing

>US giving help to Venezuela
Kek, might get shelves in Caracas and such stocked again, but watch as the social programs and poverty reduction programs all disappear overnight and those in the barrios and indigenous people become subhuman non-citizens again.
The PSUV pulls its support from the massive amounts of Venezuela that lives in abject poverty and rural areas. This is why you never, ever see the narrative of the PSUV grassroots on the internet, because they don't have computers to bitch about their experiences on Social media.
This is why I take everything I hear from Venezuela with a grain of salt.

I don't see Maduro's Government lasting for much longer, there are now massive shortages of even the most basic supplies.
The hilariously ironic thing about Venezuela if it was actually Socialist it literally would not have any of these problems of capital flight and businesses refusing to produce.

They also despise the US, but don't have any issues with literally selling them all the oil they produce
