I make lots of black tea before workouts for the caffeine fix, also because coffee that late in the day hurts my stomach
I don't care about taste, quality or any of that. It's not for enjoyment, it's for chugging down before leaving for the gym. I just take 2 cups, put 2 bags in each and put in the microwave to boil
