No, they actually have a North Korean refugee programme. They'll accept anyone into SK and give them citizenship if they can prove they're North Korean.
North Korea used to do the same, but I don't think they do it anymore. The two Koreas used to compete for deserters, but it's been pretty one-sided for a while. As it stands, you're pretty likely to get black bagged and beaten by the North Korean military police if they find out you're a South Korean.
