There are lots of districts that are mostly white, even more so during weekends and in residential areas, as during the weekdays most pardos and negros come from the suburbs/neighboring cities to the center to work. There's a huge difference between the people you would see at Ibirapuera and the ones you'd see near the busiest metro stations.
